The buffet breakfast, the helpfull employees. We were in a superior king room with a mini bar, climate control and a work desk. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. We went to De Bandar Resto, located very close to the hotel, to have some dinner.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Borneo during a city trip and I really enjoyed my experience. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city with easy access to several tourist attractions and local shops. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with directions and city recommendations.
I found the food at the hotel to be unsatisfactory and unappetizing. The breakfast had limited options and the quality of the food was not up to par with my expectations.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were amazing, from the grand and spacious lobby to the excellent breakfast buffet. The location down the hill to the sea front was perfect, with a great seafood restaurant on the beach nearby.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Located on the beach, this hotel offers great views of the ocean and is close to popular attractions and shopping malls. You can also find the best seafood restaurant on the beach nearby. the hotel itself has comfortable beds and spacious rooms with working desks and armchairs. the breakfast has a good variety of dishes and there is a water jug for refills in the rooms.
The hotel staff's hospitality and friendliness is inconsistent, and somesters may not be up to international standards.

the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a range of treatments such as full-body massages, beauty treatments, and facials. the pool area was impressive with a stunning view, and the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation. the bar/lounge area was lovely, and the restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes with special diet menus available upon request.
the room was a bit dated, and some of the facilities, like the toilet, seemed to need upgrading.
